Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep Plus until the end of the period
you've already paid for. Then your household simply drops back to Free.
Nothing is deleted. You manage the cancellation wherever you subscribed:
on iPhone or iPad in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or on
Android in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
What's the free trial?
Plus starts with a 7-day free trial. You get every Plus feature from
day one, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel at least 24
hours before it's up and you pay nothing. If you do nothing, it rolls into
the plan you chose: £6.99/month or £59.99/year.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can move from monthly to yearly (or back) at any time from your
store's subscription settings. Yearly saves about 28% versus paying month
to month, roughly £5 a month. The change takes effect at your next
renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
Because Plus is billed through the App Store and Google Play, refunds are
handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. The free trial
exists so you can decide before you pay. If something went wrong, raise a support case and we'll
help sort it out.
Does every member have to pay?
No. Plus is one subscription for the whole household, not per
person. Once any owner upgrades, everyone in the household gets Plus on
every device they sign in on, whether that's a phone, a tablet, a wall
display, or the web. There's no extra charge for adding members.
